Refund policy
At PPEPro.Store, we prioritise customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We also understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or arrive in less-than-perfect condition, and we're committed to making it right for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns: Items purchased from PPEPro.Store are eligible for return within a 30-day window from the date of sale. To initiate a return, simply contact our team at returns@ppeprostore.co.za with your name, surname and order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Valid Return & Refunds: A return is valid and a full refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The customer, for any reason, is not satisfied and the items are returned unused and in their original condition, and our team is satisfied they are able to be restocked or,
- The items are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Once the goods have been returned and we are able to inspect and confirm a valid return, the customer will be notified and the refund process will then begin. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund process.
Return shipping costs will only be fully borne or reimbursed by PPEPro.Store if:
- There is or was an issue with the product or service and the fault for this issue lies with PPEPro.Store.
- A return is validated (i.e. The items are unused and in their original condition and our team is satisfied they are able to be restocked or, the items are damaged or defective upon receipt)
- The cost of return shipping used by the customer is not exorbitant and is at a normal/acceptable/reasonable rate which would be so charged for a parcel of the same weight or volumetric weight as the parcel originally shipped.
